We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a fast-growing trading company, for an Operations and Office Administration Manager to establish and manage their Hong Kong office operations. This is a hands-on role for a proactive professional who can handle everything from administration to operational support.

Your new role

  • Set up and manage the Hong Kong office, including Business Registration, bank account opening, and office facilities.
  • Oversee day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth operations.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to support business growth.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal teams to ensure efficient workflows.
  • Provide operational support for trading activities and assist with compliance requirements.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in office setup and operations management, including BR and bank account establishment.
  • Trading company background is highly preferred.
  • Experience working in a start-up environment and building operations from scratch is highly desirable.
  • Exposure to HR, accounting, and legal functions will be highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin (spoken and written).
  • Immediate availability is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
