Your new role

Your objective is to manage a 360-degree recruitment process with the goal of maximising individual fees and team targets.

• Establish a clear sales plan to identify key clients

• Establish a close relationship with key accounts and clients

• Discover job and business development opportunities

• Represent Hays to source candidates using a variety of candidate attraction strategies based on clients' needs.

• Interviewing and assessing potential candidates, developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications

• Manage both client and candidate expectations during the recruitment process

• Act as an expert in the industry to answer all client and candidate needs.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degreein relevant disciplines, fresh graduates or less experienced candidates will be considered as Researcher.

• Professional proficiency in Chinese and English is preferred.

• Goal-oriented and commercial

• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with support available to help you succeed

• Enjoys building relationships with external and internal parties
