Your new company

A well established main contractor is expanding their operations in Hong Kong. They are now looking for a seasoned Project Manager candidate with a background in building-related projects to join their team. The role is responsible for end-to-end project management, from tendering to project delivery.

Your new role

• Responsible for end-to-end project management, including tender bidding, project planning, programming, progress checking, subcontractor management, site management, project delivery

• Served as gatekeeper on all contractual and technical issues of the awarded projects

• Ensure project is delivered within budget and timeline

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree or above in civil/ structural/ building engineering or equivalent disciplines

• 12 years above in project management positions with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a managerial/ leadership position.

• Solid experience in building projects, preferably with ArchSD or Housing Authority

• Professional qualification or membership is a bonus.

• Strong understanding in Building Department's regulations

• Strong communication in Cantonese, English & Mandarin

What you'll get in return

• 80–110k x 12 months + bonus

• 14-18 AL
