Your new role

• Design and sustain automated systems for valuation and reservation of equity-linked derivatives

• Optimize product lifecycle operations via innovative tech implementations

• Partner with interdisciplinary groups to meet needs and deploy enhancements

• Construct and manage data flows to enable insights and reporting functions

• Develop interactive panels and graphics with analytics software to aid strategic choices

• Assist in rollout of new offerings and key lifecycle milestones using specialized knowledge

• Record procedures and uphold adherence to regulatory and internal standards

• Persistently investigate emerging tech and market instruments to boost group performance

What you'll need to succeed

• Hold a Bachelor's or Master's qualification in a quantitative discipline like Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or Engineering.

• Essential familiarity with equity derivatives (including payoff structures, lifecycle stages, booking mechanisms, and automated valuation processes).

• At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in a front-office setting.

• Robust coding proficiency in languages such as Java, Python, and C++, utilized in front-office technology stacks or quantitative/strategies teams.

• Beneficial exposure to data science practices, along with practical understanding of specialized Python packages.

• Strong motivation to thrive in a high-pressure, collaborative team dynamic.

• Proficiency in clear written and spoken English communication.
