Your new role
Based in Hong Kong and reporting to the Commercial Head, responsible for leading the development and execution of annual marketing plans, managing the brand portfolio, and launching new products to drive growth.
- Lead strategic brand planning and initiatives, manage brand portfolio and product launches
- Build consumer demand through market and consumer insights
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Veterinary Affairs, eCommerce, Finance, Supply Chain, and Asia Marketing teams
- Understand the local media landscape and optimise performance KPIs
- Enhance in-store, in-clinic, and eCommerce presence
- Maximise consumer acquisition, retention, and sales growth
- Analyse market data, conduct field visits and consumer immersions
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of market strategy and execution experience in the FMCG/ healthcare/ nutrition industry; pet food experience is a plus.
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation and leadership skills
- Fluent in Cantonese and English
- Digitally savvy with a solid understanding of eCommerce
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage complex projects
