Your Role
As the Supply Chain Director (or Associate Director, depending on experience), you will take charge of the group’s procurement and supplier management functions, ensuring cost efficiency, quality assurance, and operational alignment across global operations.

Your Role Includes
- Strategic Procurement Oversight: Lead the planning and execution of global sourcing activities, optimising procurement strategies to support production and business needs.
- Supplier Ecosystem Development: Build and refine a robust supplier network, managing relationships, performance, and risk mitigation across multiple regions.
- Cost Optimisation: Analyse procurement cost structures and implement initiatives to reduce expenses through strategic sourcing, process improvements, and negotiations.
- Team Leadership: Guide and develop a high-performing procurement team, setting clear goals and fostering continuous learning and collaboration.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with production, R&D, finance, and commercial teams to align procurement plans with broader business objectives.
- Ad-hoc Projects: Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support evolving business priorities.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in supply chain, business, international trade, or related disciplines.
- At least 10 years of procurement experience in manufacturing, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Exposure to multinational operations and familiarity with procurement practices across China, Vietnam, the US, and other regions.
- Strong expertise in supplier development, cost control, and strategic negotiations.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and strategy refinement.
- Excellent command of English for effective communication with global stakeholders.
- Proven leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex supply chain challenges.
- High resilience, professionalism, and adaptability to fast-paced environments and frequent travel.
- Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Associate Director level.
