• Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines using Databricks and Python
• Integrate and transform structured and unstructured data from multiple sources
• Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to deliver insightful Power BI dashboards
• Ensure data quality, governance, and security across platforms
• Optimise data workflows for performance and scalability
• Support campaign analytics and customer segmentation initiatives

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering or related field
• Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and automation
• Experience with Databricks and cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS)
• Strong skills in Power BI for data visualisation and reporting
• Familiarity with insurance or financial services data (preferred)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
