Your new role
- Assist in daily production operations in compliance with production standards
- Monitor and record production data, including batch records and equipment logs
- Coordinate with warehouse and QA teams to ensure material readiness and product quality
- Support production planning and scheduling to meet output targets and timelines
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of production areas and equipment
- Participate in internal audits and process improvement initiatives
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor or Manager
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Chemistry, Biotech, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in production
- Familiarity with CAPA, deviation handling, batch record review, and internal audits
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of HK regulatory standards
- Good command of English and Chinese, both written and spoken
