Your new role

• Develop and lead the health strategy and proposition roadmap, aligning with market trends and customer needs.
• Drive the creation and execution of health-related initiatives and value-added services to support business growth.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships to enhance the health ecosystem and customer wellness offerings.
• Support channel engagement through tools and programs that promote health propositions effectively.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth implementation of initiatives while maintaining compliance and operational efficiency.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, or Healthcare, with at least 8 years of relevant experience in the healthcare sector.

• Proven ability to develop strategic propositions and lead cross-functional projects.

• A strong understanding of insurance products and market dynamics is an advantage.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

• Agile, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

What you'll get in return
