Your new role

• Advise on HR matters such as hiring, onboarding, training, performance reviews, and employee engagement.
• Support the transition of payroll processes to the HR SSC.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for frontline roles, including job postings, interviews, reference checks, and onboarding.
• Lead annual insurance renewals and assist with HR programs including performance management, budgeting, and compensation reviews.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data consistency across local and global systems.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
• Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Handle general office administration and coordinate staff engagement activities.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR generalist experience, including recruitment and office management.
• Regional exposure and experience in multicultural environments are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices in Southeast Asia.
• Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
