This Hong Kong-based company delivers air-conditioning solutions, offering efficient and compact systems under a globally recognized brand. They are looking for a Project Engineer for new build projects in HVAC/MVAC.

Your new role

• Participate in tender preparation, analysis, and budget control
• Prepare method statements for installation works and oversee subcontractor progress
• Conduct site inspections, monitor work progress, and resolve on-site issues
• Manage project planning, design review, operations, and documentation preparation

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Building Services, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering or relevant disciplines.
• 3 - 8 years of experience in MVAC/HVAC projects, New build projects experience is more preferred
• Self-motivated, independent, and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

What you'll get in return

30k - 42k x 13 months + bonus
