Your new role

• Lead the design and implementation of the HR COE in Hong Kong, including defining its structure, scope, and service delivery model.
• Develop and standardize best practices across key HR functions such as Talent Management, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and Employee Engagement.
• Collaborate with regional and global HR teams to ensure alignment with corporate strategies and local market needs.
• Drive process optimization and digital transformation initiatives within HR.
• Establish metrics and KPIs to measure COE effectiveness and impact.
• Act as a change agent to promote a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree in HRM or MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with strong exposure to COE or shared services setup, consultancy background is also welcome.
• Proven experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and HR transformation.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
