Your new role

• This role is a newly created position aimed at expanding the team's technical speciality in the client management team, specifically, acting as the Team Head in the Pension Corporate Client Management team.

• You will be leading a specialist team of 10 people, ensuring the retention targets for the department are achieved while proactively pursuing new business opportunities and growing the client portfolio and revenue.

• You will be the key point of escalation where able to handle complex issues and provide solutions to address key client queries.

• You are tasked with conducting and implementing effective ways of performance evaluations and cultivating a high-performing team.
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• With 12+ years' experience within the financial services sector in corporate account management and strong knowledge of Pension / MPF;
• Strong presentation and communication skills, particularly in relationship building, execution, team management and negotiations;
• Professional proficiency in English and Chinese;
• Experience of delivering a strong track record in business retention and managing "Request for Proposals" in acquiring new clients;
