Office Assistant Manager | non FM | Overseas Bank

Our client is one of the largest commercial banks with offices across the APAC region.

Your New Role
  • Perform office operations such as procurement and invoicing
  • Assist the manager in planning and preparing day-to-day non facilities operations
  • Collaborate with internal teams and account managers to monitor business development activities and oversee mail room operations
  • Contribute to other admin as assigned
  • Assist in other ad-hoc assignments


What You’ll Need to Succeed
  • F5 or above
  • 5+ years of OA/ OM/ Admin working experience
  • Good command of Chinese and English
