Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop LLM-driven applications, including chatbots with complex workflow prompts and custom tools for LLM agents.
Leverage pre-trained models (e.g., GPT, BERT, T5) and fine-tune them on domain-specific data for enhanced performance.
Build data pipelines to support external knowledge retrieval, such as search or RAG, enabling context-aware and tool-using LLM agents.
Collaborate with ML engineers and data scientists to integrate LLMs with existing applications and services, including agent-based orchestration.
Evaluate and decide what frameworks, platforms and technology stacks should be used for specific solution designs
Stay updated on cutting-edge generative AI technologies and integrate them into our applications, with a focus on agent frameworks (e.g. LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI).
Implement and manage LLMOps processes, ensuring efficient deployment, monitoring, and optimisation of Large Language Models in production.
Develop autonomous or semi-autonomous LLM agents that can reason over tasks, use external tools or APIs, and operate within Multi-Agent Frameworks.
Understand and mitigate the risks of third-party software and modules that will be encountered in the solution design.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Python.
Strong proficiency in machine learning frameworks and libraries.
Proven experience in developing and fine-tuning large language models.
Expertise in model evaluation techniques, including accuracy, precision, recall, and other NLP-specific metrics.
Experience with language model deployment in production environments.
Experience with agent-centric frameworks, tool integration, or multistep prompt workflows is a strong plus.
