Our business partner is a top-tier bank that is seeking an experienced Product Manager-Global Markets to manage trading-related product development initiatives, including designing product development plans aligned with traders’ requirements.

Your new role

• Oversee the entire product due diligence process, implementing internal PDD (Product Due Diligence) standards while maintaining full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies

• Assist in the enhancement of trading-related systems, including requirement analysis and user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Develop comprehensive product development plans and draft system user requirements.

• Act as an internal product expert, collaborating closely with Risk Management, Operations, Legal & Compliance, technology teams, and other stakeholders to design and implement new products.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed in this position, you will have at least 3 years of relevant experience in product management across financial markets, either onshore or offshore. Prior experience in structured product development and deep knowledge of financial market regulations and policies will be greatly advantageous. A tertiary degree coupled with proficiency in English and Chinese is required. A solid understanding of trading-related products, including front-to-end operational procedures and risk management requirements, is mandatory.
