A global top-tier insurance high-net-worth brokerage is looking for a compliance candidate to assist with business advisory and quality assurance.

Your new role

• Advise and assist businesses in compliance-related matters, including licencing, evaluating client documentation, advising on product development, and reviewing marketing materials.

• Conduct compliance reviews under Mercer PCS frameworks to minimise legal and regulatory risks.

• Prepare and submit regulatory filings, assist in investigations and report drafting for client complaints, and improve AML screening processes.

• Update compliance training materials and conduct training sessions for staff to raise compliance standards.

• Assist in investigations and report drafting for client complaints.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Law, Finance, or related disciplines.

• Minimum 3 years of legal/ compliance experience gained in law firms, insurance, banking or wealth management.

• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin).

• Understanding of Hong Kong and Singapore laws and regulations, and best practices in legal and compliance, governance, and risk management is a plus.
