• Oversee and manage the preparation, distribution, and reporting processes for payroll.
• Ensure compliance with current government regulations and company policies.
• Process payroll changes (e.g., new hires, terminations, raises) and system upgrades.
• Verify payment details and issue paychecks.
• Ensure all payroll processes are executed accurately and on time.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
• Collaborate with Human Resources and Accounting teams for payroll processing.
• Implement and maintain payroll best practices to improve efficiency.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee payroll queries.
• Conduct audits of payroll records to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Prepare tax reports and assist with tax filing.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a large organization.
• Proficiency in using payroll software.
• Strong understanding of payroll procedures, labor legislation, and tax regulations.
• Pure payroll service vendor experience will also be considered
