HR & Executive Assistant (Work with HRD | HK Conglomerate | 35k)

Exciting opportunity to work closely HR Director and support the daily work

Your new role

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR Director
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports
  • Maintain confidential HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Act as a liaison between the HR Director and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Organize and manage HR events and initiatives.
  • Support HR project planning and management, including tracking project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an executive assistant and HR role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
