My client is seeking an associate with 1+ year of experience in infrastructure financing to join their team.

Your new role

• Assist in completing the annual review of infra projects: Industry updates, LGD and project finance scorecards, and financial models.
• Support the monthly country updates and portfolio updates by utilising databases.
• Assist in the preparation of transfer certs and extracting information from facility agreements
• Handle day-to-day loan administration and assist in loan administration matters at transaction closing; (recording interest, principal repayment, etc) by liaising with agents and back office
• Performing UATs in advising the IT department to improve the booking system
• Support enhancement of the loan system;
• Support daily news team and information research as and when required;
• Support ad hoc assignments as required; and
• Depending on the performance of the existing tasks, support portfolio management, risk management and other functions within IFS.

What you'll need to succeed

• 
  
  • 1+ year of experience in related fields.
  • Graduate in Risk Management, Commerce, Science or IT degree courses are preferred.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and spoken Cantonese;
  • Excellent numerical skills, attention to detail
  • Proficient in PC, MS Word and Excel applications
