• A Sizeable Corporate Bank HK Branch is hiring for a Manager in Financial and Regulatory Reporting.

Your new role

• Directly reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be mainly responsible for preparing the full set of HKMA regulatory reports accurately and on time.
• You will also assist in preparing and analyze financial statements and reports.
• Monitor and manage financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Keep informed of financial accounting standards, assess the potential financial impacts to the Bank.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial processes and performance.
• Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and industry standards.
• Provide regular and ad-hoc management information as requested by the Management

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance and accounting within a corporate bank, especially with sound knowledge of the full set HKMA Regulatory Reporting and Returns.
• Strong knowledge of HKMA regulatory reporting requirements and financial regulations in Hong Kong.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English.
