• Oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of building services.

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the progress of maintenance works and provide recommendations for improvement.

• Coordinate with all the relevant parties to ensure safety during the implementation of maintenance works.

• Monitor and coordinate work carried out by contractors.

• Experienced in large-scale projects and commercial buildings

• Take lead in the energy and sustainability projects

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree holder in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 4 years' relevant work experience in building services, repair & maintenance
• Possess strong analytical skills, a keen sense of responsibility, and a high level of self-motivation. Capable of performing effectively under pressure.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Holder of Certificate of Grade B Registration of Electrical Worker is an advantage.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Building Management Systems, including testing and commissioning of Electrical and Mechanical (E&M) systems.
• Be familiar with MS applications, AutoCAD, project management scheduling, etc.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
