Our client, a global top tier manufacturing company, is now looking for an experienced Senior HRIS Manager to join their team and lead the Digital transformation Project.

Your new role

Reporting to the Head of ERP, you will be working as Senior HR System Manager to lead the HRIS transformation project and collaborate with HR team to implement the HRIS regionally.
  • Lead HRIS projects with HR stakeholders to determine system requirements.
  • Manage HR transformation projects, ensuring smooth development and maintenance of HR systems.
  • Facilitate HRIS integrations and data flow, supporting UAT.
  • Translate business needs into project plans with senior management.
  • Conduct system testing, upgrades, and implement new features.
  • Identify and resolve issues to enhance user experience.
  • Develop communication and training materials for stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed

The successful candidate should have over 10 years’ of working experience in IT industry with SAP SuccessFactors implementation experience. Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in HR digital transformation projects or software implementations is advantageous. Proficiency in English and Chinese is needed.
