Our client is a top-tier asset management firm. They are looking for a talent to support their business in Hong Kong, supporting debt financing activities.
Your new role
- Responsible for originating and executing international debt financing transactions
- Negotiate on legal terms, and information pack for lenders assessment
- Review pricing, terms and conditions with clients on the facility granted to prepare term sheets and credit proposals
- Communicate with lenders on refinancing, syndication, amendment, and restructuring
- Coordinate with both external and internal stakeholders
- Develop and maintain the relationship with level credit counterparties
What you'll need to succeed
- 5+ years of experience in credit structuring and lending solutions
- Sound knowledge of fund finance, portfolio finance and leveraged finance transactions
- Excellent command of English and Mandarin
- Bachelor’s degree holder
