Non-Bank Financial Institutions Relationship Manager (AVP)

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Relationship Manager to join our Institutional Banking team, focusing on Non-Bank Financial Institutions clients. We welcome corporate relationship managers to join FIG segment if you have previous corporate banking experience.

Your New Role:
  • Maintain strong relationships with assigned portfolio of non-bank financial institutions clients, including fund houses, Chinese asset managers, securities firms, top tier financial institutions in Greater China.
  • Provide customized financial solutions to meet the unique needs of assigned clients, including loans, treasury services, and investment products.
  • Assess and manage credit risk, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including credit, compliance, and product specialists, to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on client activities, market conditions, and business performance to senior management.

What you’ll need to succeed:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in relationship management within the FIG / Corporate Banking sector, preferably with a focus on China Corporates.
  • Proven track record of business development and client relationship management.
  • Ability to analyze financial statements and assess credit risk
