Your new role
Tender Preparation
- Collaborate with project teams to gather necessary information for tender submissions.
- Prepare accurate and comprehensive tender documents, including cost estimates, bills of quantities, and technical specifications.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices.
Cost Estimation
- Analyze project requirements and evaluate costs associated with materials, labor, and subcontractors.
- Provide detailed cost breakdowns and cost comparisons for different projects.
- Assist in negotiating contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or other related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in quantity surveying
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, multi-task to manage priorities
- Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and written in English and Chinese
