You will play a pivotal role in supporting human resources functions within a bank. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of HR tasks, from recruitment and onboarding to policy implementation and employee support.
Responsibilities
- Deliver administration support in external training applications and departmental in-house training
- Provide support to Talent Acquisition & Planning Team when necessary
- Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate offboarding processes, including exit interviews and necessary documentation.
- Update HR manpower records and training records accurately and timely
Requirements
- Work Experience: Proven track record as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant HR experience
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in using HRIS software.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
