Your new company

Our client is a leading provider of life insurance and wealth management solutions in Hong Kong. They have over 40 years of experience serving the needs of Hong Kong residents and their families. To support their continuous growth here in Hong Kong, they are looking for a Legal Manager to join their team.

Your new role

• Prepare and review a wide range of legal agreements including but not limited to reinsurance agreements, distribution agreements, marketing materials.

• Provide legal support to different business units to ensure smooth operations across functions
• Keep abreast of any regulatory changes and ensure the company aligns with industry practice
• Participate in any assigned ad hoc projects

What you'll need to succeed

• LLB degree holder
• Ideally a Hong Kong or common law qualified lawyer with 5 years or above PQE
• Experience working in the financial sector is highly preferred
• Excellent command of both English and Chinese
