Our client is a leading HK developer is hiring a leasing manager for china luxury shopping mall.

Your new role

• Conduct market research to understand retail trends and analyze data
• Assist in trade mix planning to optimize tenant variety.
• Build strong relationships with existing tenants and provide quality tenant services.
• Explore new clients through business connections and relevant marketing events.
• Work closely with the promotions and property management teams to enhance the mall’s brand and visibility.
• Coordinate fitting-out works, takeover/handover of premises, and renovation projects.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Surveying or related disciplines
• Over 5 years relevant experience in luxury retail leasing
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and written in English and Chinese
