Your new role

• Coordinate and arrange operations work to ensure proper and correct information is communicated to helpdesk support and all parties involved in the system
• Roster management for 7 x 24 operators

What you'll need to succeed

• Relevant IT experience years or above
• Experience in support and operation of servers or network components
• Experience of leading a small team in IT operations management or data centre operations management
• Willing to work on a shift per day (3 shifts per day) to ensure 7 x 24 support to the system

What you'll get in return

• 12 days AL with 13 months of salary
• Shift Allowance
