Your new role

• Lead IT projects and strategy aligned with business goals.
• Develop IT policies, review internal control and risk.
• Expand and manage the team, plan IT budget, and allocate resources effectively.
• Maintain existing infrastructure.
• Develop systems for new products/services and internal needs.
• Ensure high availability, security, and performance of IT systems.
• Support customers on technical issues related to domain name systems.
• Liaise with local and international bodies on technical issues.
• Plan IT projects and budget, propose IT solutions, maintain and develop the InfoSec policy.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline.
• 20+ years experience in IT, with 8+ years at a Department Head level.
• Professional certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM) are advantageous.
• Experience in overseeing the entire IT Department, knowledge in Infrastructure & Network, Programming & Development, Security & Control.
• System architecture design experience is a plus.
• Strong business sense, strategic vision, presentable, and able to partner with senior management and stakeholders.
• Responsible, high integrity, team spirit, excellent leadership skill.
• Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
