Your new role

• Develop and execute a strategic vision for our architectural division, aligning it with overall company goals.
• Lead and inspire a team of architects, designers, and construction.
• Oversee residential and commercial projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to timelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, understanding their needs, and providing innovative solutions.
• Manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and optimize project delivery

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Architecture or a related field, with relevant professional certifications
• Over 15 years relevant experience in commercial or residential projects
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and written in English and Chinese
