Assistant Project Manager (Architecture)

Your new company Our client is a leading local developer known for our innovative and sustainable projects seeking an APM with architecture background.
Your new role
- Assist in managing all phases of project development from conception to completion.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and management.
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree in Architecture or a related field, with relevant professional certifications.
- Over 5 years relevant experience in commercial or residential projects
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and written in English and Chinese
