• Stable Corporate Bank HK Branch is hiring for an all rounded Finance Manager

Your new role

• Prepare and submit accurate and timely regulatory reports to the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA).
• Ensure compliance with HKMA guidelines and regulations.
• Monitor changes in reporting requirements and adapt processes accordingly.

• Oversee the full set of financial accounting activities.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.

• Collaborate with business units to create annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Monitor actual performance against budgeted figures.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.

• Optimise cash flow by managing liquidity, working capital, and funding requirements.
• Monitor cash balances and ensure efficient utilisation of funds.
• Evaluate investment opportunities and risks.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 8+ years of working experiences in the Banking industry, prior experience in working in a Corporate Bank's HK Branch is advantageous.
• Professional qualifications such as CPAA or HKICPA is a must.
• Strong knowledge of HKMA regulations and reporting requirements.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools.
• Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
• Proficient in verbal and written communication skills in Chinese Cantonese and English is required.
