My client is a multinational engineering company with a global operation. They are now looking for an Electrical Engineer for high voltage maintenance, testing and commissioning operation of different generators, switchgear, transformers, UPS, battery chargers and etc.

Your new role

• Work with sub-contractors and internal maintenance team on power system maintenance planning and management

• Responsible for high voltage maintenance shutdown planning, testing and commissioning

• Responding to breakdowns/ faults, investigating on re-energize the plant and equipment, restoration of power system assets

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor in Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline

• Min. 5 years experience or above in high voltage system maintenance and operation

• Solid understanding in circuit breakers, protection relays, transformers, generators and switchgear

• Able to analyse single line diagrams and electrical schematics

• Knowledge in power system faults and protection trips and providing corresponding fault investigation and restoration
