Your new role

The Infrastructure Manager will oversee the infrastructure team for a leading luxury retail business with over 100 stores in Hong Kong, China, and the APAC region. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, the Infrastructure Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and growth of the organisation's technology infrastructure.

What you'll need to succeed

• Lead and manage a team of over 10 members within the infrastructure department.

• Develop and implement infrastructure strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Ensure the smooth operation of infrastructure systems, addressing technical issues promptly.

• Manage infrastructure projects, including upgrades, migrations, and implementations.

• Collaborate with vendors and negotiate contracts to meet business needs.

• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to infrastructure management.

What you'll get in return

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• 10 years of experience in infrastructure management, preferably in the retail/ F&B/ hospitability industry

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• In-depth knowledge of infrastructure systems and technologies

• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
