Assistant Manager, HR Operations & Payroll, Foreign Bank

An international bank is looking for a HR generalist.
Your new company
We are partnering with a foreign bank. They are looking for a HR Generalist to ensuring effective human resources management.

Your new role
  1. Payroll and C&B:
    • Manage the end-to-end processing of the payroll operation tax handling, benefits management, and performance management
    • Administer compensation and benefit plans, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
    • Handle employee queries related to compensation and benefits.
  2. Employee Onboarding and Training:
    • Conduct employee onboarding sessions, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
    • Assist in planning and organizing training and development initiatives.
    • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs.
  3. HR Operations:
    • Maintain accurate employee records using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
    • Handle employee inquiries related to leaves, policies, and procedures.
    • Assist in implementing and updating HR policies.
    • Conduct employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a smooth transition
    • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs.
  4. Compliance:
    • Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
    • Assist in audits related to HR practices.
What you'll need to succeed
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese is required.
