We are partnering with a foreign bank. They are looking for a HR Generalist to ensuring effective human resources management.
Your new role
- Payroll and C&B:
- Manage the end-to-end processing of the payroll operation tax handling, benefits management, and performance management
- Administer compensation and benefit plans, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Handle employee queries related to compensation and benefits.
- Employee Onboarding and Training:
- Conduct employee onboarding sessions, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Assist in planning and organizing training and development initiatives.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs.
- HR Operations:
- Maintain accurate employee records using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
- Handle employee inquiries related to leaves, policies, and procedures.
- Assist in implementing and updating HR policies.
- Conduct employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a smooth transition
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs.
- Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Assist in audits related to HR practices.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Chinese is required.
