Your new role
- Achieve sales and margin objectives and goals
- Promote breast imaging equipment, breast interventions consumables and osteoporosis diagnostic products to public hospitals and private imaging centres.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their needs, provide personalised service, and foster loyalty.
- Identify and target potential new customers through various methods such as networking and lead generation activities.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with customers to secure sales while ensuring a mutually beneficial agreement.
- Manage and track the sales pipeline, including lead qualification, follow-ups, and closing deals in a timely manner.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree with a major in Healthcare, Biomedical Engineering, Science, or related fields
- Good command of English and Mandarin.
- At least 5 years of experience selling capital imaging solutions and medical devices.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and experience selling to private imaging centres, hospitals, cancer centres, and surgeons is important. Experience in the public and private health sectors.
- Strong business acumen with strong analytical, communication & presentation skills.
