Our client is one of the leading international insurers in life business. For their business expansion, they are now looking for a life claims officer/ senior officer for their local team.

Your new role

• Conduct life claims case assessments and investigation
• Maintain and enhance TAT and achieve claims service standard
• Handle service enquires from channel and customer for claims process
• Support the team for regular claims report

What you'll need to succeed

• Over 1 year claims experience in insurance market
• Customer Centric minded and good communication skills
• High emotional maturity and able to work under pressure
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as senior claims officer
