Your New Role
As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and driving sales performance. You will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets, maintaining excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth store operations.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Manage and lead the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop new accounts.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide sales training to the sales team.
What You Need to Succeed
- Previous experience in a sale supervisory or team leadership role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively motivate and guide the sales team.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of the storage industry or a related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in using sales software and other relevant tools.
