Your New Role
As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and driving sales performance. You will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets, maintaining excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth store operations.

Your new role

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Manage and lead the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop new accounts.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide sales training to the sales team.

What You Need to Succeed

• Previous experience in a sale supervisory or team leadership role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively motivate and guide the sales team.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of the storage industry or a related field is a plus.
• Proficiency in using sales software and other relevant tools.
