Our client is one of the leading life insurance companies across Asia. They are now looking for an assistant manager for their HK policy service team.

Your new role

• Handling policy changing/ support service for clients
• Support manager for supervising the team for service standing and under TAT
• Support system enhancement operations project
• Coach team with updated and well-documented procedures

What you'll need to succeed

• More than 4 years experience in life insurance policy administration with LOMA is a plus
• Proficient knowledge in life and investment-linked policies
• Good communication skills in written and spoken in English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS office
• Weclome candidate who are from China with life policy service experience
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as manager grade
