A leading medical device company in Hong Kong, they're looking for a Supply Chain Director to join their team.

Your new role

• Develop and implement new supply chain management strategies, policies, procedures, and best practices to meet organisational goals
• Lead the procurement process, including sourcing, contracting and supplier management
• Oversee inventory control procedures, including management of stock levels, lead times and safety stock
• Plan and implement logistics processes, including shipping, receiving, and distribution of products
• Work alongside various teams in Hong Kong, and to HQ in Germany
• Provide regular reporting and analysis to executive leadership, present findings and solutions to support key business decisions
• Develop new framework to drive business and overall supply chain management

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Management or related
• Possess a minimum of 10 years experience within supply chain management, ideally within medical devices, FMCG or related
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP Systems, and any other supply chain management tools
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver results on-time and within budget
