One of the leading financial service companies, they are now looking for customer service officer/ senior officer for their HK team.

Your new role

• Handle customer enquiries over the phone, resolve customer concerns / complaints in compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines
• Investigate and solve clients’ problems and recommend / deliver solutions to clients. Identify opportunities to improve work efficiency and effectiveness, make recommendations and implement
• Cooperate with other teams and team members to ensure timely resolution of customer requests and problems

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree holder
• More than 1-year solid hotline/ call centre/ customer service experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Excellent telephone manner with good interpersonal skills
• Welcome fresh graduates/ candidate who are interested to develop in financial service industry
