One of the leading financial service companies, they are now looking for customer service officer/ senior officer for their HK team.
Your new role
- Handle customer enquiries over the phone, resolve customer concerns / complaints in compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines
- Investigate and solve clients’ problems and recommend / deliver solutions to clients. Identify opportunities to improve work efficiency and effectiveness, make recommendations and implement
- Cooperate with other teams and team members to ensure timely resolution of customer requests and problems
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree holder
- More than 1-year solid hotline/ call centre/ customer service experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
- Excellent telephone manner with good interpersonal skills
- Welcome fresh graduates/ candidate who are interested to develop in financial service industry
