Your new role

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Drive user testing exercise includes UAT preparation (Test scenario, test plan, test cases and to preform pre-UAT QC cycles) and to manage UAT exercises.
• Facilitate business requirements gathering, analysis and documentation
• Bridge the gap between business and IT teams to ensure business requirements align with business needs and validate technical solutions for fulfilling business needs.
• Handling routine tasks for the planning team, which includes updating documents, replying to the enquiries/requests from head office/related departments
• Assist in the implementation and oversight of the Project Management Plan.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related discipline
• 1 year experience in IT/banking industry
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Proficiency in English and Cantonese, fluency in Japanese is an advantage
• A willing to learn and ambitious attitude with great communication & interpersonal skills
• Fresh graduates with relevant experience in IT project management or business analysis for end users would also be considered
• Experience in payment projects such as FPS is a plus
