Senior Application Support

What you'll need to succeed

• Provide on-going support and maintenance for mission critical Application systems
• Facilitate in define and understand business needs, application workflow with processes and requirements
• Participate in application upgrade from testing to production rollout
• Respond to application technical problems
• Helpdesk support from answering the request on ServiceNow ticketing system
• Log and track incidents and handle the events

What you'll get in return

• University graduate in IT/ Computer Studies/ Engineering or related fields
• At Least 5 years in relevant Application Analysis
• Proven ability to learn, understand and apply new technologies
• Experience in Microsoft SQL and MS SQL programming languages preferable
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a flexible and dynamic environment
• Good analytical, problem solving and communication skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
