We are partnering with a subsidiary of a multinational building construction firm to look for a Senior Project Sales Manager to help them with further expansion in the Project Sales sector. They are currently looking for an experienced Sales Manager to expand their market share in the Green Building Materials space including paints and tiles.

Your new role

• Formulate the business planning and execute the brand strategies and programs to maximise revenue, business growth and brand equity;
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, including architects and designers and other stakeholders;
• Drive revenue by bringing in new projects from your network and other sales channels;
• Proactively explore, identify and develop a clear understanding of the business / sales opportunities and client requirements, identify new up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, and be able to articulate internally and externally;

What you'll need to succeed

• +10 years' sales experience
• Proven track record in Building Materials project sales
• Solid connection with industry stakeholders including Developers, Architect and Designers
• Candidates who can bring in immediate projects are highly preferred.
