Our client is a top tier MNC Pharma and seeking a highly skilled and motivated Medical Affairs Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Medical Affairs Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our organization by overseeing the strategic planning and execution of medical affairs activities. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the healthcare industry and contribute to the development and commercialization of innovative medical solutions.

Your new role

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for medical affairs in alignment with the company's objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as a key medical resource for internal stakeholders, providing medical and scientific expertise to support the development, launch, and post-marketing activities of our products.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and medical societies to gather insights, foster collaborations, and drive advocacy for our products.
  • Provide medical training and education to internal teams, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of our products, disease areas, and relevant clinical data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical development, regulatory affairs, marketing, and sales to integrate medical strategies into overall business plans.
  • Stay abreast of the latest scientific advancements, clinical research, and competitive landscape within the therapeutic area(s) of focus.
  • Participate in the review and approval of promotional and scientific materials to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and medical accuracy.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field. A medical degree (MD) is highly preferred.
  • Previous experience in medical affairs within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industry, with a proven track record in successfully executing medical strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical research, drug development processes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex scientific information to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives.
  • Solid understanding of compliance and regulatory guidelines governing medical affairs activities.
  • Highly driven, self-motivated, and able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
