A leading retailer, in high-end confectionery and treats. Currently looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join their team.
Your new role
- Oversee and lead all levels of supply chain functions of APAC market
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the whole operation flow is aligned
- Work on specific projects including warehouse optimisation, automation etc.
- Manage and monitor 3PL warehouse performance, give specific instructions on improvement and efficiency
- Communicate with Headquarters and other region's supply chain to coordinate orders and shipment to ensure timely product replenishment and smooth processes
- Ordering and shipment arrangement of materials to support new shop openings
- Develop, implement and execute supply chain strategies to optimise the total cost and service level
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree or above in Supply Chain, Logistics Management, Business Management or related
- Must have 5+ years experience in Global Logistics, Local Shipping, and Supply Chain
- Good analytical and logical mind, able to work under pressure and multitask
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong planning, implementation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English
- Previous working experience in retail/3PL service provider is highly desired
