A multinational lift & escalator supplier is now looking for a Branch Manager to support their field services department with a team of 50 - 60 people.
Your new role
- Responsible for monitoring performance and operating targets for all service field employees.
- Responsible for handling customer communication, complaints and enquiries.
- Develop market development strategies
- Responsible for maintaining service field operation and ensure routine maintenance, general repair and equipment modernisation are up to client standard and internal policy.
- Responsible for EH&S program and ensure regulations and precautions are being enforced.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor in engineering, building services and relevant disciplines
- Minimum 10 years of experience in lift & escalator industry
- Solid experience in maintenance, service operation, field service.
- Strong communication skills.
