We are partnering with an international bank. They are looking for a senior manager for HR operational risk management.

Your new role

• Manage HR risk & compliance matters
• Enhance and implement risk management strategies for the HR department
• Identify and assess potential HR operational risks and develop mitigation plans
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and company policies
• Manage internal reporting on risk and compliance matters
• Promote risk and compliance culture and undertake any projects related to HR risk and compliance
• Develop and maintain risk management policies and procedures
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure HR risks are identified and managed appropriately
• Provide regular reports to senior management on the status of HR risk management activities

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 10 years Human Resources experience preferably gained in financial industry
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Familiar with banking ordinance and HR risk & compliance
• Multi-tasked, resourceful and strong prioritization skill
• Ability to engage stakeholders at senior level
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, able to work independently
• Good command of spoken and written English
